It’s now possible to delete messages and/or media from the chat window, so they’re removed from GoTallo. This will not actually delete the message in the actual channel (WhatsApp/Facebook etc.), but just from GoTallo. In order to be able to delete you should assign the “Allow Message Deletion”
In some situations the chat window would crash or a certain type of Instagram mention. This has now been resolved

Adapted the Instagram Handle matching, to now handle it better when a conversation is initiated and the Instagram handle is not allowed to be retrieved from Meta. We will now do a match as well when the customer responds and the handle is in that message
Made a change to the multi-chat component: in case multiple chats for the same channel, we will show the platform name now instead of the default channel name. If you want to change this, do this via the configuration wizard

Added Instagram Handle (username) matching. You can now match incoming Instagram messages based on the Instagram handle and create/attach to leads and contacts. In the trigger settings you can specify which text field on lead or contact you want to match on.

Fixed a bug with the refresh token where it would give you an error if staying on the page for longer times

When a GoTallo component has been open on a page for a while it will now refresh access tokens so you can still send and receive messages without refreshing the page

When the component detects the browser can’t play an audio file it will provide a download link instead

This is a minor update to fix issues with the new Salesforce LWS security layer.
When LWS is enabled the components again receives live updates

The chat component should now work with the latest Salesforce version
In cases where the source Id of a social persona was not of the type that is configured in GoTallo the Heroku messages should still be linked to the correct case
